This Privacy Policy explains how Propbite (“Propbite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit propbite.com or use our construction project tracking service (collectively, the “Service”).

Propbite operates as a commercial digital enterprise tracking service globally. For purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act, and Vietnam’s Decree on Personal Data Protection, Propbite acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

Providing a telephone number does not by itself enroll you in Propbite’s SMS program. Where SMS consent is requested, it is optional, is collected separately from other agreements, and is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers solely as necessary to operate the messaging program and deliver messages that you agreed to receive, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or court order. If Propbite is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and continued protection.

The SMS-specific restrictions in Section 4 apply regardless of this general sharing section. In particular, mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. International Data Transfers and Localization

Propbite is built and managed globally, with operations spanning Thailand, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Production databases, core application systems, and user media assets are hosted and processed using cloud infrastructure located in Singapore in the Asia-Southeast region.

When personal information is transferred outside your home country, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, which may include contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, and technical safeguards. Users located in Vietnam should understand that their data may be transferred to and processed on servers in Singapore, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information and project records while an account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we retain account and project data for up to 30 days to allow account reactivation. After that period, data is scheduled for deletion from live production databases, except where a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.

SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as reasonably necessary to document and honor your communication preferences and comply with applicable law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to an applicable supervisory authority.

You can manage certain account information through your account settings. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. To submit a privacy request, email privacy@propbite.com.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use necessary cookies and session technologies to keep users signed in, remember language settings, protect the Service, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect Service functionality.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and uploaded project media. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for commercial and professional use. Propbite does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years old, or under 16 for users in Vietnam.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Propbite is not responsible for those practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
